Four boats launched – James Armitage and Ruth in Zephyr (Enterprise); Chris Greenwood and Felicia Biekarck in Distant Thunder (Leader); Keith Clarke in Kaia (Laser) and Kiran Biekarck in his Laser 5.7. Not a good day for a D-course – there’s been so little rain that the flood tide halted progress towards Hammersmith before Barnes Bridge and the fleet had to return to base.
